Short Biography:
Md Manjur Ahmed is currently an Associate Professor with the University of Barishal, Barishal, Bangladesh. Before that he was Assistant Professor in Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) from July'2016 to Dec'2018. He received the B.Sc.Eng. degree in computer science and engineering from the Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET), Bangladesh, in 2009, and the Ph.D. degree in computational intelligence from Universiti Sains Malaysia, Penang, Malaysia, in 2016. Related to the PhD research, he has achieved two research awards as the winner for “SANGGAR SANJUNG AWARD” for high impact journal publication (Hall of Fame Award), Universiti Sains Malaysia, in the year 2015 and 2018, respectively.
He has achieved several national and international awards for research and teaching.
His current research interests include data stream analytics, clustering and classification, fuzzy information granule, imbalance and incomplete information, and computational intelligence in big data.
Research Impact:
Impact of Published Journals --> 14 (fourteen) out of 16 Publications in Quartile 1 (Q1) Journals as a corresponding author.
