Md. Minhajul Abedin currently serves as a lecturer in the Department of Public Administration at the University of Barishal. Abedin earned his Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) and Master of Social Sciences (MSS) degrees from the University of Dhaka. His areas of research interest include e-governance, public health, migration policies, comparative public administration, local government, and organizational behavior. Abedin has been a research associate at Community Development for Peace (CDP) and previously served as a research fellow at the Bangladesh Center for Communication Programs (BCCP), collaborating with the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in the USA. Abedin has published several research articles and book chapters on contemporary issues nationally and internationally. Abedin has enriched his research experience by working on several projects under reputable organizations, including the Ministry of ICT and Telecommunication, the Ministry of Public Administration, the Ministry of Finance, the Bangladesh Army, the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Ministry of Social Welfare, and the Ministry of Local Government.
