Sirajis Sadik is an Assistant Professor of Public Administration at the University of Barishal in Bangladesh. His formal/official name is Md Shirajis Shadik. He is an academic, researcher, and writer who has earned a Master of Science in Public Policy from the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom. In 2023, Mr. Sirajis Sadik was awarded the prestigious Commonwealth Shared Scholarship to further his studies in the UK. Prior to this, he obtained his Bachelor's degree and Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Dhaka in Bangladesh.

In his research and opinion-editorials for newspapers, he analyzes various policy perspectives related to social issues, administrative challenges, and the anthropogenic impacts of climate change. In 2024, he had an unique opportunity to present his research work on the 'Decolonisation of Education' at Somerville College, University of Oxford.
