I am an Associate Professor in the Management Department at the University of Barishal, Bangladesh, where I focus on the field of sustainable green tourism, tourists' satisfaction, smart tourism, the use of artificial intelligence, and human resources management. My doctoral work focuses on exploring the intersection of sustainable green tourism and tourists' satisfaction, aiming to contribute to the development of environmentally responsible tourism practices.
I have many research papers published in reputable journals, many of them are indexed in Web of Science, Scopus, and ABDC. In addition to my expertise in sustainable tourism, I am actively engaged in researching digital entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence, social media, climate change and pro-environmental behavior.
