Department of Chemistry is offering both BS (Hons.) and MS degree. Currently 9 highly qualified teachers are active against 450 students. Every year students visit different industries for practical knowledge. Already, former students are doing their PhD in different Universities of America, Canada and  Europe. Recently, a significant milestone as The Department of Chemistry, University of Barishal, officially signed a contract with UGC for the commencement of a sub-project under HEAT project funded by Gob and IDA. This contract is a testament to our vision and commitment to continue research related to SDG of Bangladesh.
